ABOUT THE STORYThe picture of AIDS in Uganda has changed drastically. Just five years ago, twenty percent of the population was infected with the virus that causes AIDS. Now, new infections have dropped by as much as fifty percent. Although officials and AIDS experts are pleased, they are not resting.
