INTERNATIONAL CRIME ALERT: OSAMA BIN LADEN
The terrorist group responsible for the September 11th attacks that killed more than three-thousand Americans and others is al-Qaida [the Base]. This group is also responsible for the August 7th, 1998, bombings of the U.S. embassies in Nairobi, Kenya, and Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. The blasts killed hundreds and wounded thousands of men, women, and children. Wanted in connection with these and other terrorist attacks is the founder and financier of Al-Qaida -- Osama bin Laden.
Born in Saudi Arabia, Osama bin Laden is believed to be in his mid-forties. He is the youngest son of Saudi construction magnate Muhammad bin Laden. In 1994, the Saudi government revoked his citizenship and his family disowned him. He had moved to Sudan in 1991, but international pressure forced him to move to Afghanistan in 1996. He has grey-black hair and brown eyes. He wears a long beard and mustache.
The United States will not rest until bin Laden, his accomplices, and those who have provided them with any assistance are dealt with. But the U.S. will protect and reward those who come forward now and reveal what they know about these and other terrorists.
The United States is offering up to twenty-five-million dollars for information that leads to the apprehension anywhere in the world of Osama bin Laden.
