INTERNATIONAL CRIME ALERT: EL-HOORIE

The United States has established a list of "Most Wanted Terrorists." Several of the fugitives on this list, including Osama bin Laden, are part of al-Qaida, the terrorist group responsible for the September 11th attacks on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon. Others are wanted in connection with previous terrorist attacks.

Ali Saed Bin Ali El-Hoorie [AH-lee sah-EED bin AH-lee el-HOO-ree] is wanted in connection with the 1996 bombing of the Khobar Towers military housing complex in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Nineteen American servicemen were killed and three-hundred people were wounded in the attack. El-Hoorie was involved in preparing the explosives. Hours before the attack, he reportedly met with a Hezbollah terrorist group associate tied to the Iranian military.

Ali Saed Bin Ali El-Hoorie was born in El Dibabiya, Saudi Arabia. For his birth date, he uses either July 10th or 11th, 1965. He is one meter fifty-seven centimeters tall, and he weighs fifty-nine kilograms. He has black hair, black eyes, and an olive complexion. El-Hoorie has a mole on his face.

The U.S. is offering a reward of up to twenty-five-million dollars for information leading to the arrest of Ali Saed Bin Ali El-Hoorie.
